The Clerk/Treasurer is the right hand of the council. All administrative actions on council decisions are carried out by the City Clerk/Treasurer. This office is the central figure in any city government and has a wide variety of duties and responsibilities. Not only does the City Clerk/Treasurer execute many of the city’s governmental functions, the clerk/treasurer also supervises the daily administration of city business.
